Red Consultancy is working with Universal to turn October into Orc-tober to celebrate the home entertainment release of the visually stunning epic, Warcraft.
To kick the month of activities off, Red partnered with the gaming-themed Loading Bar in London (re-named ‘The Lion’s Pride Inn’ after a popular watering hole from the film) where fans can enjoy Warcraft themed activities until the end of the month.
Attendees at the launch event included media, social influencers, partners and competition winners who were able to check out an exhibition of props and costumes from the actual film, try various themed Warcraft cocktails along with the opportunity to play the game itself in this unique environment.
The event was a great success with week 1 sales of the Blu-ray, DVD and digital release already surpassing targets!
