Christmas homelessness crisis
A dog, a car driven by an AI-powered smartphone and a café where you paid with rubbish all played their part in Red campaigns being shortlisted for three PRCA National Awards!
The Ecover Rubbish Café is shortlisted for two awards: CSR and Consumer (High Budget).
This world-first café experience gave 'flashing the plastic' a totally new meaning as punters had to pay for their lunch with recyclable plastic. It was a simple yet unique way to showcase the value of putting plastics back into the recycling system that delivered blanket editorial coverage and far-reaching social engagement as well as commercial success.
And a campaign to dramatise Huawei’s superior technology is a finalist for the Technology Award.
The campaign combined two of the biggest tech stories – AI and driverless cars – to create a sweet spot that captured the imagination of media to generate a raft of premium coverage. A vintage Porsche was re-engineered to be driven and controlled by a Huawei smartphone and then put through its paces in a dramatic film as well as a live event at the Mobile World Congress. Well done to our talented teams plus a big shout out to our clients for believing in big, bold campaigns!
Fingers crossed for the results on 13th November!
